I can edit the file but still have missing transactions. The file itself is missing the transactions. You might want to ask another file from your bank that includes the missing ones. That would be a little tedious on your part, but that's the workaround our engineers provided while they work with your bank's support to fix the issue.

They, like Chase said it would be done today. However, they have been saying that for over a week now.
